HOW TO READ THE SCHEDULE:
1. Find your name on the lesson group list and know what letter lesson group you are in.
2. Find your lesson group letter on the schedule.
3. Report to your lesson on the appropriate day and period.
The instrument lesson schedules can be found here. Students will receive one hard copy, and Ms. G has extra copies posted in her room. It is essential that you know when your lesson is so that you do not miss it. Use a highlighter so you can clearly see when your lesson is each week, and make sure to keep it in a place that you see every day!
Always check to make sure that your classroom teacher knows when your lesson is and that you have one coming up. If there is a conflict and you would like to reschedule your lesson, YOU MUST come talk to Ms. Gagliardi at least 3 school days in advance! (For example, if your lesson is on Monday, you need to let Ms. G know that you would like to reschedule your lesson no later than the Wednesday before.) Missing your lesson is a big deal, and Ms. Gagliardi needs as much time as possible to find a solution.
Please attend lessons in a timely fashion. We have a lot of material to cover in a short amount of time.
The more focused you are, the more we can get through!
